"An incident?" a girl with auburn hair tied in pig-tails asked. Her vest held the logo of the prestigious school - which is one of the five great prestigious school from the School Garden - Tokiwadai Middle School. Another logo hung over her left arm over a green thin-looking band, it was the insignia that identified Judgement.

Konori Mii, the chief of Branch 177 office of Judgement, received a call from the headquarters, and was told of the situation going on in a facility in District 5. The facility was known as the Resource Recycling Center Number 3. It was a large establishment made to recycle materials, processed from around the schools nearby the facility. Apparently people there were up to no good... or something. The informant's words didn't quite make much sense, before they could ask her for more details, she apparently hung up. So, it was up to Uiharu to hack into the facility's systems and peek through the security cameras installed in the facility.

Shirai Kuroko stood beside Uiharu, and Konori Mii peeked from behind, Saten Ruiko curiously walked into the commotion. They all watched people wearing same attire and gears firing bullets at each other, Uiharu commented, "After I hacked into the database, I found that some of the cameras are not working, I wonder why... if they were to disable cameras - one would think that they'd disable all of them," Kuroko frowned so as to ponder, "But... look at this, these are the terrorists from the same group who invaded the mall in district 7 recently, right? And now they're shooting at each other on this facility? For what purpose?" Konori Mii then shook her head "We won't know until we go there and apprehend those men. It seems that some of the Judgement members close by have decided to enter the facility, although it's a bit reckless to do so."

"We can't just sit by here either, can we?" with that, Kuroko vanished in the thin air - teleporting away. "It should be alright," Uiharu started typing on her keyboard furiously, "As long as I keep my eyes on the security cameras, I should be able to back her up up to some extent. Did Anti-skill also dispatched squads yes?" to this, Konori Mii nodded, saying that they definitely have.







Meanwhile, Tamaki and Kihara Nayuta wandered around the area. Upon hearing that terrorist activities had been going on in this facility, they couldn't just walk by the facility as if it was okay to do so. Audible noises of gunshots made them suspicious anyway. She began to wonder why she was with Kihara Nayuta as well... they seem to bump into each other in the city very, very often. Kuroko suddenly appeared beside them like a ghost, giving blue faces which indicated fear of seeing a ghost to the two. Kuroko ignored the expressions, and asked for an update from Uiharu.

Two two stood before the facility known as Resource Recycling Center Number 3, otherwise known as Third Resource Recycling Processing Facility, it is a facility in which recyclable materials were processed from the four school districts that surrounded the 5th school district. Misaki and Ayane took a bus trip to enter district 5, from the lower portion of district 7. Their objective was clear; rescue Fuyuko, dismantle BLOCK's operations. With Misaki by her side, Ayane felt a reassuring sense of safety that everything will go smoothly, as she is the famous level 5, Mental Out, what could possible go wrong?

Spreading out in all directions for two kilometers and having 24 entrances along with exits, the facility is composed of several metallic pipes and cylindrical fuel tanks that are over 100 meters in diameter, as well as several smokestacks. Along with the steel and concrete structure of the building and other necessary components such as steam pipes, metal pressing machines as well as complex automated machinery that operate on large motors, the facility can apparently become very humid and may scatter powerful electromagnetic waves in it's grounds, this would trouble Misaka Mikoto's head if she were to ever step into this facility.

Nearly, the entire facility is automated, with most of the human employees working within the control center of the building. It is known that around at least 14 employees works at this place. However, Misaki doubted that those were got away safely, they may be dead, or tied up somewhere, it was also possible that they managed to run away, but with BLOCK having taken over this facility, Misaki highly doubted it, they were specialized units comprised of armed and trained adults, they previously worked for the Underworld of Academy City, and are still connected to it somehow, now baring fangs against the ruler of the city. It only caused unnecessary problems for others, they most likely wouldn't be able to do anything good against the superintendent anyway. Misaki pondered about just what they wanted to achieve.

Just as Misaki and Ayane were about to walk inside, a man walked him way to Misaki, and greeted her, referring to her as 'The Queen', Ayane was confused, what was going on? The man was clearly dressed like a member of BLOCK, the gear seemingly made for combat use, the black helm covering the entire head and the rest of the attire, clearly screamed that he was a member of the faction known as BLOCK. Then why would be treat Misaki so highly? Ayane continued to watch, as the man gave every bit of information, and even claimed to have 'everything prepared'.

"Let the show begin."

As they walked inside, it seemed like a whole squadron faced Misaki and Ayane, they didn't doubt anything for a moment, mercilessly releasing fire on Misaki and Ayane with their firearms. The man who previously greeted Misaki immediately in front of Misaki to give his body up for her. The barrage of bullets seamlessly invaded his body, blood spilling onto the floor, before the bullets could penetrate the skin of the two girls, Ayane instinctively touched the floor and a tornado was created, it rose up both the females off the ground; avoiding the bullets. Another round of bullets were fired, this time, it came from behind the group of men who just attacked Misaki and Ayane. Ayane was even more confused, those who shot the enemies from behind also wore the same outfit.

Ayane had been considering this but, she confirmed it this time. Misaki had taken over some of the members of BLOCK with her power, Mental Out. It's no wonder that they refer to her as 'The Queen of Tokiwadai'. She took a glance of Misaki's facial expression, she wore the befitting smile of the queen who looked down at her bloody 'play'. Members of BLOCK members killing each other, effectively getting her job done without even staining her hand with deep red blood, So this is 'The Queen of Tokiwadai', unbelievable... can I ever reach her level? I wonder... " The tornado subsided and her tamed allies ran to Misaki, kneeling down for her commands.

"The girl is safe, right?"

"Yes, my Queen, we've shot all those who held her captive and kept her safe, and waited for your arrival. However, some of your enemies are still around the facility, my Queen."

"Good, take me to her now, then."
