I have been working out for maybe 4-5 years? I have gotten down to like 5% body fat and i use to weight 144 so i wasn't starving my self. I ate whatever i wanted and didn't have to go on a diet. I am starting to work out again and i hit the gym like 3 times a week to keep the weight off. I want to go back down to 144 lbs :). Let me tell you guys something. For those people that starve themselves to lose weight and don't exercise it is a bad idea. I tried that. When you starve your self your body goes into starvation mode. It is going to pretty much slow your metabolism and eat away at your muscles/fat. Plus feeling the hunger is pretty bad. For those people that say that working out doesn't work for them because they aren't seeing weight loss, it is because your body is gaining muscles or your not waiting long enough to let the change happen. Remember the MORE muscles you have the MORE calories your body burns. Even when your not working out you will burn more calories depending on how much muscles u have. Which means you CAN eat more:). Don't be afraid too seriously. If u don't want to work out then just watch what u eat. Eat things that have less FAT calories. Some people only look at the calories behind the box but the most important thing to look for is the fat calories. Fat calories are the hardest things to work off not the calories. When your working to gain more muscles make sure ur not doing the same shit every week because you don't want your body to get use to the routine or else it will have less effect on your body. Which means you will gain muscles slower. I hope this has helped the people that are trying to lose weight.
He speaks the truth, and I advocate the same course of action. Watching your fats, gain muscle, and don't starve yourself - you'll lose the weight, trust me.

I'm really old fashioned. I was never into the idea of having a girlfriend "just for a fling" even in high school. I don't want to bother wasting my time on a relationship if there isn't some kind of chemistry there. Based off the quote, the U.S. needs to keeps its hands off of world affairs and regulation simply because it can't handle it. We lost Vietnam War, and then fought a war on two nations, Afganistan and Iraq, which only contributed to U.S.'s list of problems. (Who knows if we're doing more good than harm.) Point is, I think the U.S. has overreached itself globally and now is the time for the U.S. to withdraw, regroup, reorganize, and restructure itself, recession aside. Then it can go back to its usual gig because without regulation, things will go out of control. (like this recession)

Banks are giving out loans to people who don't deserve them, and then they can't pay up the mortgage and interest rates, which led to mortgage delinquincies and foreclosures, which ultimately led to our current sub-prime mortgage crisis because of lack of demand. (I'm oversimplifying it, but that's the general gist.) We NEED regulation, and in certain sectors of business such as the banking and financial industries.
As for Asian nations banning hentai, fuck them for not knowing the delights of H. They missed out too much, which explains their regulation.
