@Temcor: the way I think about video postings, I think users trying to limit their video postings one per week would almost be impossible to regulate, leastwise if they break that rule. And as for the Special Interests section, it's really ridiculous that we have such sections and yet people keeping posting wrong threads in the Random section - so, in my opinion, the Random section needs a dedicated moderator. IB not so much as random.

I'm still interested in keeping the Meet&Greet section post-countless seeing how many users repeat the same stuff and the fact that many new members never show up anymore.

I've suggested this very idea ages ago, but Raze responded to me through PMing that he didn't want new members feeling unwelcome by making the Meet&Greet section a no-pst-count section. He is aware that that section is a source of post-raising and that it might warrant a no-post-count, but for now he said that it's fine to leave it as is. I dunno, mabye it's time to repropose the idea?

I'm also all for reinstituting the memberlist, but that's an old issue that's not really necessary compared to the problems we have on our current hands.

Like others, I do think the Random section is getting out of hand. Random vids of funny stuff gets old. And like the others, perhaps we oughta make a video section for shared vids that doesn't go towards post count.

As for less interesting topics, I dunno about that, and if you want interesting topics, the Serious section is the place to go, if you're willing to read a mountain of text.

@aznstoner: Angelus Lapsus barely posts around here anymore, but he did kinda personify the very problem(s) we're talking about.

You'd think an undying freak of nature would have other means of killing humans other than a stainless steel spoon, but that was funny as hell.

I remember doing that to a tank too. It's pretty satisfying since you're like, "Bitch, I just owned you, you hulking mothafucking freak of nature!" (Seriously, the tank is analogous to the Hulk.) I also did it to a hunter once when I was crossing the gangway in the sewers in Death Toll. Bitch climbed the rails in front of me, then tried to jump me - got a face full of pellets, that's what. I felt so awesome, I had to teabag that sucker, which I proceeded to do so.

I'm catching up to my 2000th post, so when that happens, I'll suppose I'll post here.

@nacho: No, I'm still running L4D off my laptop. My current solution is to free up more space on my hard drive, which has 24GBs free out of 250. It's like the only reason why I don't have the expert achievements because I'd die in 5 minutes on Expert with my shitty frame rate. I even notice a big difference when playing online. I have full health, and so does everyone else, yet I'm running slower than the others - wtf? (Might be lag, but I think it's both lag and my shitty frame rate.) Advanced is farthest I can do without dying every chapter, and anything else on expert I get my ass kicked.

I just got "Do not Disturb" 34th achievement tonight. I'm pretty happy about that.
