The only thing that could help is to ban the user, and thats not going to happen in here, or he will make a new account...So even if i would tell you, in the end, it wouldnt change a thing..I know my own limitations too, even though I hold the position of Global Mod. Nonetheless, as a friend, I think talking to others would help alleviate part of the burden and unhappiness.

I believe it would be best if I evade the issue on my fellow staff members. I do not know some of them very well and saying the wrong thing may strain relations, especially when working in a team.
More importantly, I would appeal for you not to leave. I feel disappointed when members choose to leave, or even close their accounts. In my opinion, most, if not all, members are valuable to the Fakku community. Everyone has the potential to contribute to the community, preferably not breaking the rules in the process.
