Welcome back Ero-Sensei!
I will always remember the time when we first met, although I don't think it was on very friendly terms. ^_^;;

Hello Ryuu-chan! Are you people going to change your avatars back once Christmas is over?
I will miss the red a little. Oh well, 364 days isn't very far away. :D

@ Gambler: Heal Heal Heal and Heal ourselves until the other elements get tired. That's all we can do for now.Sounds like a plan. Will do.

Hi Nicodemeus, I believe you are my only other team member?
In any case, do you have any strategy on how we should go about playing this?
@Ero-Sensei: It appears that you are active once more! I haven't been encountering your posts for a while and I am glad to see that you are back. :)
In any case, I apologize for the off-topic reply. ^_^;;

When I was still a student, I wrote an essay on said topic.
I believe many people are not afraid of death itself, but rather what they have not achieved in life or have to leave behind. Have you read reports whereby extremely old people have left this world in peace with a smile on their faces? They have most probably done what they wanted with their time in this world and are happy to move on. Assuming they have children, grandchildren or even great-grandchildren, I am quite sure they know that their future generations are capable of living well.

I guess that makes it 2 reasons for you to remember 25 December by - Christmas and your achievement of the elite status on Fakku. :)
Congratulations! May you continue to stay on as a member of Fakku for many years to come.

Mod Note: I am not sure if this topic is appropriate for the Serious Discussions section, but I am willing to leave it here for now to see how things develop.
Contributing to the topic a little, alchemy appears to have been practised since ancient times. However, its practise does not seem as widespread today, although it may have taken a different form which is less common to ourselves. Furthemore, it has been rumoured that people have practised alchemy not just to create gold, but in the process, gain immortality as well. Perhaps one good example would be the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty of China.

Getting back on topic, there are many reasons in which a girl would stay with an abusive guy. Using the example of domestic violence, some wives still stay with their abusive husbands because they have no one else to turn to, especially if they hail from a foreign land. Others may be clinging on to hopes that their husbands will reform and treat them better.

After looking through the replies in this thread, I would think all of you received rather awesome presents.
I had to buy one for myself. :D

Do we have a member database or something along those lines?
I am sure there are usernames like "ABCXYZ123..." and others which are nearly impossible to pronounce.

It was an enjoyable experience meeting up with a fellow Fakku member, Kuro vi Lolitannia in this case. If given the opportunity, I would like meet up with as many Fakku members as possible, provided my schedule allows me to do so. :)
Perhaps I should start planning on setting up a souvenir business as well, something along the lines of bear keychains, etc, which could serve as namecards too.

I got Gambler, already sent him my masterpiece of a "Happy Christmas" image. Here's the link for anyone that cares.
Spoiler:
Whenever I see the above image, I think it is a rather badass version of a bear, as if it is on steroids. :D

- Said member's signature has been censored, or at least made to look that way.
- I doubt Christmas Day has arrived at said member's timezone. Nonetheless, I hope there is plenty of fun.
@Fallan:
- Has ninja-ed me.
- I keep seeing said member's username as Fallen.
- Not too sure what Fallan means. It has to hold some meaning... right?
