I know what you mean! As the whole subscription project started I didn't like this releases, because I thought they wouldn't deserve their place in a hentai magazine, but with time my dislike shrunk, turned to affection and finally became love!
And this story is my favorite by the artist and defenitely deserves it's own book.

I would say she got freshly engaged because normally in such stories he would have told the reader that his sister was married and it seemed pretty much that it hit him like a truck that she had a ring on her finger. Pretty sad if you think about it: he can't keep a relationship because he compares every girl with his "one true love" - his sister - and thus every girl will question his love but at the same time his sister is happy like never.
