So it wasn't just me.

I've only been getting them today.

  What's going on

• Struck up conversation with an old friend only to find out she doesn't remember me. In fact she was rather rude about it. Another disappointment.
  
  I really ought to stop chasing after old friends like this and move the fuck on. I know full-well people change and friendships from the teenage years often don't last, usually with good reason, but something makes me cling on. It's quite unhealthy behaviour now that I think about it and I really need to stop.

• Officially own all the non-Treasure Hunter Godswords on runescape, including their variants like the Bandos Hilt-upgraded Kyzaj and Zamorak spear.
  
  Not much of an achievement anymore considering how cheap they all are, bar the Saradomin Godsword. But once I got the Saradomin Godsword out of the way the rest were easy to get as they're no more than a million each. My teenage self is jumping for joy.

• Chatting to a friend as if we last spoke yesterday. Well almost, we had some catching up to do first. Been so long since I had both a fulfilling and outright random conversation like that with someone, and one of the few people who don't feel uncomfortable talking about bowel movements.
  
  Nowadays it generally feels like a chore to hold conversation so this was a nice change of pace.

I don't know the difference and I'm not interested enough to Google it, just always assumed resume was the American term for CV.



Take up voluntary work. It's what I did (and still do) and included it in my CV. Since the retail aspect was relevant to the job I was accepted to do Slave Labour Work Experience and my willingness to learn later on got me a (part time) job at the same place. Your experience may vary but basically it helps to do other things.

I forgot to mention but you probably already know, they also discriminate on appearence if you aren't up to par with their standards. They're not supposed to but they do. But that's why we're always told to apply to many places.


In England we're always encouraged to use "attractive keywords" when forced by the Jobcentre to do a CV building course. But the sentence structure they make us use makes us all sound the same, as I realised from reading people's CVs who've applied to where I work.

Alcohol is also a drug produced from plants.


When I'm under the influence and get the munchies my favourite go-to is a burger and chips with kebab meat both on the chips and in the burger. My favourite sauce to have with it is burger sauce, again on the chips and in the burger. Truely the food of kings.

Either that or Domino's Pizza's Two for Tuesday deal. Expensive but lush.

There's no option for "Once every so often throughout the day" so I went with "ALL THE TIME".

I mostly lurk until I find something to post in or vent my frustrations on the "One insignificant thing you dislike about today" thread in Random.

Got more music on my MP3 player and bought 8 boxes of easter eggs which were on offer. 4 of which paid for by my mother who ate the last batch she bought.

A majority of the places I applied to online I never even heard back from.

They say it's better to hand in CVs but I'm way too lazy to dedicate a day to doing that.

After today I will have 4 days off. No idea what I'll be doing with all the spare time but having spare time is much welcomed.



Also I've decided to take more time and effort washing my hair. Usually I wet it, put shampoo on, clump my hair together and wash away within 2 minutes. This time I brushed beforehand and after, and took a bit longer lathering it in and rinsing it out. Already got better results with the dandruff problem I've been having. You'd think I'd have learned this shit by now.
