Over the weekend we deployed some new server code that handles subscriptions. Previously the rebilling date listed in your profile wasn't always accurate, the rebill could sometimes occur a few days earlier than we listed it. To make matters worse, the longer you stayed subscribed the less accurate that date would become. So the most dedicated subscribers had the least accurate information!
As of today, that has been fixed. Going forward the rebilling date will be 100% accurate. Rebills will occur on the date specified in your profile and the actual charge will be attempted a few hours before your subscription would otherwise expire. As a bonus this new code allows us to do a lot of things we weren't able to do previously, like give away free subscription time in contests and run free trials (both of which will be coming soon).
However, an unintended consequence of deploying this code over the weekend, was that some users lost access to their subscription for a short time when the code was deployed. As of now those users should all be fixed, and if you were affected by this error we have granted you anywhere from 1 week to 1 month of free subscription time.
If you notice anything wrong with your account or think you were affected by the issue above, feel free to post in this thread, use our contact support form, or send me an email directly at jacob@fakku.net. We'll do our best to get you fixed immediately and make sure it doesn't happen again.
Finally, I wanted to share that I am currently in Japan on business and I have a lot of exciting stuff to announce when I get back! If you live in the United States, I highly recommend coming to this years Anime Expo. It's going to be awesome.

Everyone in this thread should be fixed! I apologize for the issues over the past 24 hours, we deployed some new code and as you saw, some new subscriptions didn't go through.

To help me figure out what's wrong, did you sign up in the last 48 hours? Or was your rebill triggered in the past 24 hours?
Well mine started during the maintenance. I was reading one of the subscription manga and after I finished, I decided to comment and it suddenly errors cause of the maintenance. After that, I can no longer access subscription manga. I post pictures of it on my other topic.

No problem, you shouldn't have lost access in the first place so it's entirely our fault. Sorry that happened

Currently happening to me as well. I assume like above it'll resolve itself eventually, but still wanting to raise the issue.Your credit cards expired before the most recent charge (you should have received an email about this).
Censorship changes depending on the publisher, the medium the work is being published (magazine, web, book, etc), and the current political climate regarding censorship in Japan. That's why you'll see censorship levels change over time but also change once chapters get published in a book or when an artist switches publishers.
Everyone should be fixed, looks like it took care of itself earlier today. If anyone else has this issue you can post in this thread or use the support form (preferred).

The worst thing is that even if you're subscribed, you have not access to all the content the best content is in "Fakku Books" wish is not free for subscriber... Moreover there's a very limited number of "free" manga per day, and most of them are not really exciting.. sometime it's even "non-hentai" i'm thinking about leaving this site for real !This is a legitimate complaint, the fact that book content is not available to subscribers. Unfortunately it's not something we can legally change for a long time.
It's better to think of your FAKKU subscription as giving you access to the FAKKU library of content, rather than whatever goes up each day. Right now there are over 550 chapters of content since we started, and that is going to keep increasing as time goes on.
I also noticed that you don't have your controversial content setting turned on, so you're missing out on about 20% of our content.
