Other M killed everyone's interest in the series. It's like Nintendo forgot what made Metroid good.It's more the writing than the gameplay. Its almost like a remake of Fusion, except all the added story sequences were crap. Nintendo can not write a good character-driven story, which is what Other M falls into.

Nope, I am looking at the official English release by Yen Press and it's called Endless Eight, no clue why thou.
Here's a clue: What month is number 8?
If you can't get through Endless Eight, then you should be glad. It means that you've never experienced a truly terrible anime. E8 is a cakewalk otherwise.
