Honestly, comparing these 2 worlds is difficult, since there's so much power ambiguity from To Aru Index's Side.

we still don't know how "hax", awakened full power Touma which is said, can end the world by negating the earths leylines. And Accelearator just keeps on growing if you give him the chance.

About Reality marble, I think Touma's Imagine Breaker can negate it though.
