Accelerator - He only needs to touch her to screw her up. It's possible, since he can fly at high speeds.
Acqua of the back - can just use his Ascalon while being powered by his Stigma
Vento of the front - Can just use her Divine Punishment to Knockout possibly anyone who thinks negatively about her.
Kanzaki Kaori - Amaskusa Sword fighting Style + Stigma, is enough to defeat her.

Honestly, the lack of "strongest attacks" definition in To Aru Index, is what makes this thread, not fun. Just like a previous thread about Darth Vader Vs Saber, where people just post in "Force Choke FTW" lol

Yes, Touma could be easily beaten to a pulp by psychical attacks, but there are other characters that can beat Bazette and Kuzuki.
And there's also Saints, God's Right Seat, and other Level 5.
