Just start learning anything from any source. Even Nama-sensei's youtube Japanese lessons is a good start.

and yes, The voice actor for Koujuuro is the same one that did Guy Shishioh from GaoGaiGar, hence the title of the video Hikari ni Nare VS Shining Finger.

His opponent Uesugi Ren, from "They're my Noble Master" also did Domon Kasshu from G Gundam. Also Colonel, the old guy with the mustache at the end voices Master Asia from G Gundam.
