Pretty much the same thing that happened to me too. I used to wait for more than 15 minutes for 1 match and get beaten since the only available player is a high ranked and obviously more skilled than me.

Once agian It's all up to the uploaders, Fakku doesn't have any kind of control with the uploaders and can only intervene when a rule is broken, and currently there are no rules that are broken.
My advice ignore it, don't fight it.
