I hate the fact though that I've seen 2 different people wanting a lvl 30 Dragonair and since mine is 31 I can't trade it. Damn people wanting pokemon of a specific level :/That's because Lvl 30 Pokemon means it's pretty much caught fresh from a Friend Safari and Pokemon that was caught there have 2 Perfect IVs and a possibility of its Hidden Ability.

The only chance is through Poke Transfer, it will still be unobtainable in Pokemon X and Y.

I got my Timid/Protean Froakie from Wonder Trade.
Even my Box is now filled with duplicates from breeding.

Drought for Y Charizard doesn't goes in effect after Mega because Moves has already been placed before the Weather.

Movement (who goes first) is determine before the start of the battle. You activate drought at the start of the battle (move placement already decided). I abuse it all the time in triple. Sandrush excadrill on the field with sand storm. Charizard subs in use mega stone, still Excadrill is the fastest out of every poke.Ninetails with Drought activates instantly right after it's on the field of battle.

It's still only hit super effectively by Ground, so I would not consider it weak.I think it's because it's only effective against Water and flying only.
