Personally, I'm never surprised about these kinds of things, because Voice acting for me is 30% quality of the show, and I always check who's playing who before watching any new series.
Hiroshi Kamiya, never really surprises me, because he rarely changes his voice around.
You know what's even "surprising" than Kamiya playing Matou and Levi?
