Did anyone see clearly on Page 3 just what caused male-protag-kun to almost drown? Was it merely the stereotypical "leg cramp", or something else. Answer needed for, ...er, ... research purposes.

Many valid points given by other comments ... not gonna try to analyze them all. Only other thing I'll say is that the story is set in 24 pages, and only the artist might know how much more of the overall situation could have been disclosed if it were longer (w.r.t. number of pages). Such a thing just might give a wholly different p.o.v.

Hope this serves as an important lesson to someone out there in "real life", whether in Japan or outside ... if you have a partner, make it your business to satisfy certain needs, ... or sooner or later, somebody else will.

Cute and all, perhaps ... but compared to works by other artists, "Ojou-Sama" has much to learn about being "served" by more than one male (or more accurately, more than one penis).

That sound effect of the door on Page 7 is probably equivalent to Hiro and Nao telling each other:
"LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLLLLLEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!"
... and Rumble (in the Jungle -figuratively speaking) They Did.
But Seriously; at least they had the *a-hem* "testicular fortitude" to come clean about what was going on, no matter how painful it was to Nao.
