What We've Got Here between Lisa and Ryuuji is "... a Failure (or at least a Deficiency) to Communicate." Perhaps a ... wait for it ... continuation of the story will reveal the solution to the situation.
... I'll just leave this right here.

Debut on FAKKU APPROVED!
To Almakh: "An Assertive Girl is Fine, too."
To GodsHandOnEarth: "Ah, I See You're a Person of Culture, as well."

Be It Resolved that "the worst luck" of a male protagonist in the H-Universe is infinitely better than the so-called 'good luck' to be experienced in real life.
AND IT IS GLORIOUS (the Lucky Bastard ... GRR)!

Another time, place and artist, that could have gotten downright ugly ... Praise Be to Our Most High Lord and Savior (a.k.a. Homunculus) and the Parthenon of Vanilla Gods, of whom (IIRC) Enuhani-sensei is a member, that this story stayed on the lovey-dovey vanilla path.
EDIT: Went back and looked it up - one of THIS artist's earlier works on Fakku was "Beyond The Tears", which proves he or she is capable of producing work for which the only reaction is: "DAYUM".

The conclusion is ... wait for it ... Elementary: in due time they will both be known as a formidable (*a-hem*) "husband-and-wife" detective team (provided perhaps that neither one kills the other before that happens).

IN-teresting ... the manga reproduction of their little tryst was a sell-out success, and the readers want more. And Ayaka is willing to (*a-hem*) 'support' Jun-kun in that regard.
Conclusion: Perfect Waifu Material. You Know What You Have To Do At Your First Opportunity, Jun-kun (you @#!$&*/? Lucky Bastard ... GRR)!
P.S., wonder if this is the re-telling of the beginnings of a real-life husband-and-wife manga duo where "... the names have been changed to protect the innocent"?

To the powers-that-be @ FAKKU ... calling once more for the W.A.F.F. (Warm And Fuzzy Feelings) tag.
THIS one is Worthy of it.

Pity we didn't see Nee-san getting the (*cough-cough*) "full explanation" ... unless perhaps a continuation shall be forthcoming.

"Darling"-kun (no other name was given to male protag-kun) AND Subscribers WIN: Flawless Victory ... LOVE-Tality!

Disregard being overwhelmed by T., A. & P. ... here's a commenter who had his priorities straight (salute).

Personally, I disagree with the Vanilla tag, but it was pleasant enough. Could maybe be considered another case of Art Imitating Life, where "... the names have been changed to protect the innocent."

Kana ... Ultimate Wingman (or perhaps that should be: Wingwoman). And she (*a-hem*) "Knows" how Natsumi feels towards Kenichi, probably since school days.
GAME ... SET ... MATCH!

(After saluting with manly tears) Maximum Bonus Points to Yamaguchi for not taking undue advantage of Sachiko, as another artist might have worked out the story (BRR!). And the W.A.F.F. (Warm And Fuzzy Feelings) goes Off The Charts, again (IMHO, this is TOO DAMN CUTE to fap to).
It's a weird concept that having sex with someone can wipe away a troublesome memory, but it works fine here. And I trust Sachiko will be just fine, both in the short-term, and in the long-term.

Perhaps the most appropriate term is (thank you TV Tropes): "Aww Look - They Really Do Love Each Other."
