The rules in IB are the same rules in every other section we mods just choose to take up a more lax approach when enforcing the rules. While stuff like guro and loli are still banned we do allow some things you would never see in other sections. Just try to follow the rules listed on the FAQ and if one or two things slip by we probably wont do much, if you consistently break rules a mod will then warn you and follow up with a ban when necessary.If you're talking about stupidity, then that's what this section was made for. It's not an "allowance" so much as you "allow us to post in this forum". Do you "allow" us to post on the forums? In a way, yes, but no more than you "allow us to post stupidly" on IB.
I like the idea, but I feel you should flesh it out more ^_^ I think this would go well with Artie's already existing RP.

What's the secret to carrying solo queue ranked SR? Only play solo mid, solo top, or jungler. And be good, of course. If you can specialize in a lane, even better. Buy all the solo mid champs, or all the solo top champs, or all the jungler champs. Learn all the nooks and crannies and counters.
