Just played 2 games as Hecarim. He's decently fun, but I find him to be a really slow jungler... but that's probably cause I've been jungling Shyvanna lately.
His ability to initiate is amazing, but if you don't build him tanky, he just melts. I'd advise people to build him tanky DPS or straight tank or Trinity tank.
His passive isn't really as strong as you think it is. At level 18 it gives 25% of your BONUS movespeed as attack damage. How much movespeed do you usually see people have? Rarely over 500. On average, masteries, boots, FoN, and Trinity, you're hitting about 480 movespeed. That minus his base of 320 only puts him at 160 bonus move speed. This only gives him 40 AD. Of course that's pretty much like having baron all the time so it's nothing to scoff at, but that is so late game that it's really rather insignificant.

I second this idea. I have a couple of artists whose work I really enjoy, but favouriting individual chapters/doujins/original works is a bit annoying. I would really like to to be able to favourite an artist instead of just an individual work. As a bonus feature, perhaps even notifications for newly uploaded releases from that artist.

Which is nicer than trying to get Fairy Beads since Phinilly is the only one that drops them...
Now I can't make some of the costumes until my next play through...
