Other people's opinions on 3D.
My views of 3D changed since that thread. Sure, it's still just for money, but they did improve the way I view it. When I watched the Avatar movie in 3D I wasn't uncomfortable like I was with previous 3D movies because the glasses were improved.
Usually people have this gut reaction of, "It's something different, it's gonna fail!" But I think if done right (avatar was doin' it rite), the 3D thing is a good idea.
Not sure if I can compare this to the evolution from black and white movies to colored ones.
