No, I'm pretty sure he meant the "white lie" she was unable to tell was that she didn't like him, i.e. she does like him. She clearly told Hitagi that she likes him, therefore, going by this theory, that's the truth.


Anyway, as for the episode itself:

You can buy a hard copy of Kizumonogatari here. Although the version used for the translation is out dated. I hope he fixes that... He also has Fate/Zero completed which is cool.
