@Tegumi: I heard and read some rather interesting tales describing the nature of certain virus attacks. This doesn't sound anything out of the norm for viruses.
Either that, or your OS has some serious faults. Question is, how did the OS become faulty in the first place? Was it a sudden thing, or were you experiencing some minor things before the shit hit the fan?

This is what happens when:
a) you don't pay attention in biology class
b) you don't pay attention in sex-ed/health class
c) you don't research the information yourself
d) you don't ask knowledgable people in real life
e) all of the above
... fail, for not knowing how your penis functions.

@landtankv: financial reasons aside, I don't use Crunchyshit to watch my anime. Just like how there are good and bad dubs, there are certainly good and bad subs; you just need to know who's good: m.3.3.w, Eclipse, Shinsen-subs, Static-subs, Ayu, Ureshii, Frostii, gg, a4e, A-E, B-A, etc. etc.

This is how you kill on Monster Hunter: you scream, "Gotcha bitch" every time a monster is about to close in and let loose your sword.
Laptops aren't meant to handle the latest games to be honest. I've never had a problem with changing settings with L4D or L4D2 (but L4D2 is still unplayable on my laptop), but perhaps you can be more specific on what settings did you change?
Frankly, it sounds like a serious virus attack. Unless your computer (I'm assuming a desktop) is overheating, but this doesn't sound like a case of overheating.

I personally can't stand shows that are based primarily in the Ecchi genre. There's usually no story and no character depth or growth. Then at the end when the main character is picking from the girls that have inexplicably fallen for him, he never makes a clear decision leaving out any satisfaction whatsoever. The only appealing aspect is the partial nudity. And that's just a cock tease.
And I've never understood the "leaves more to the imagination" thing. Especially when it pertains to drawn characters. You know it's going to look perfect underneath. It always does. So what's there to imagine?
The only positive thing is that it draws people in. People like sex. They'll check it out if they think there will be sex. And that can cause the person to be led to legitimate anime series.
This. To me, ecchi is just a means to an end, no matter how short-lived. If I wanted to pop a boner, I'd go for hentai, seriously.
I think what we're witnessing here is a change in the anime industry era, where it focuses on catering to the audience as opposed to delivering something solid. Also, there've been quite a couple of reboots of older anime series these past years. The way I look at it, this ecchi is just a fad, and I hope it passes fast because I can't stand shows that have shit for substance.
I thought the original series had plenty of fanservice, and certainly humor. But either case, more ecchi is welcome to an otherwise completed story.
Subs without a doubt. Reasons why?
1. The Japanese seiyu (voice actor) industry is very solid and full of ranging voice talents. These guys are the pros and been there since the start of the anime industry, and these guys take pride in their jobs, which makes their voice-acting so much superior than other dubs. On top of that, the seiyu industry is highly competitive, and is very tiring - I don't think foreign dubbing companies face the same difficulty levels that the seiyu industry does.
2. Anime was created in Japan, and therefore all the Japanese influences on the anime is more beneficial for Japanese seiyus to pronounce rather than foreign dubs, i.e. Japanese expressions that are either a) hard to translate or b) impossible to translate. In other words, this is an argument for listening to the source (original) language because it was meant to be listened in Japanese.
3. While I won't entirely lambast the English dubbing companies, I've heard my fair share of dubs, and like most other users here, they tend to suck. Why do they suck? Because it sounds very superficial at times, or not enough feeling was put into the voice-acting. However, there are always exceptions, however few: DBZ, Hellsing, Golden Boy, Princess Mononoke - just some of those where the dubs are equal or superior to the subs. Princess Mononoke was an exception where dubbing companies actually reverse-engineered some of the cels and animations to fit the movements spoken by Americans. Least to say, the end result was superb.
4. Changing the dialogue or abridging the material - sometimes, dubbing companies have the bad tendency to change what the characters are supposed to be talking about and create their own script and/or cut scenes for purposes unfathomable. While this rarely happens, I view this as a sacrilige to the source material, which is why, for example, Miyazaki Hayao made sure in the contracts to dubbing companies that nothing would be altered or cut. Miramax heavily butchered "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind" into an abomination called "Warriors of the Wind." When Miramax wanted to cut some scenes in Princess Mononoke, one of the producers from Studio Ghibli mailed a katana with a note, "No cuts." I totally agree.

Disillusion 2010 single is out, and I think it'll be used for the upcoming F/SN movie.

No, I'd use the food section for nutrition and diet-related topics and the sports/fitness section for doing physical activity to get healthier.
