This would be win if the essay was actually good, and without errors. It is clearly not, so the only thing we can surmise from this is that someone had way too much time on their hands and still wasn't able to provide a complete product.

Large-name computer manufacturers often don't make their own PSUs. Open up an HP or Dell, check the branding on the PSU, if you can even find it.
