5400rpm is pretty much the standard in computers nowadays, since 90% of consumers only look at the capacity instead of the revolutions per minute. Having a 7200rpm doesn't generate enough additional buyers to justify the premium for the manufacturer. I think you mean 7200rpm instead of 5400rpm, and 10000rpm/SSD in place of 7200rpm. 5400rpm hard drives are only standard in notebooks.
