He's doing it for the lulz, there is no warning shot, at this point he's having a grand old time. The only "warning" is literally being banned at this point, and I doubt that would honestly make him stop. Even so he hasn't done much, I mean, he's spamming the ib, the whole point is for nonesense like he's doing. It's not like he can get banned for actually doing what the boards imply. Even if he's doing so very annoyingly, frankly there are certain times to bitch and certain times to suck it up. Remember your fighting grounds you are on.
Actually, admins can ban for whatever they want. I've been banned a few times for rules that hadn't been created yet, spamming IB was one of them.
