You italicized "unsung heroes" as a point towards my being a hipster... There's nothing hipster about knowing who has real value/quality. I don't like them because others don't. I simply want credit where it's due. Zak is not one of those people.

I don't think you know what hipster means. No part of what I'm saying indicates me thinking I'm better than any of you, I simply want Fakku to flourish.

To the others, banning his IP, all 6 of his accounts and deleting his threads took me 10 minutes, it's not a strain on my time. It takes users longer to make new accounts and fuck around than it does to stop them. If I get my way things will get harder for them as well but that's on Jacob so no clue if/when that will ever happen.

Harmonian didn't just go away, he was also banned like Zak. Zno was never really a troll, he asked for his -rep. You asked me why Zak is the main topic of focus and not Harm or the other super trolls but I would like to point out before Zak was banned they were talked about, constantly. Before Zak there was Long, before him there was lol12 and before him Harm. Zak is just the most recent person to leave in infamy.

I'm not being a hipster, that doesn't even make sense. I'm saying the community idolizes the wrong type of user. There is a history of quality users that are unsung heroes here, why focus on the bad? Rather than making shit threads complaining about the quality of IB why not try to change all of that.

You won't do that, even if I challenge every one of you to make Fakku better. It's not due to laziness or apathy, it's because no one knows how. Making a quality thread is hit or miss in IB and no one wants to put themselves out there for fear of making a fool of themselves. So what do we do about that? You could look back in our history for some of the truly popular/quality threads to see what made them tick, or you could find veteran users and see what they think. The bottom line is threads like these do nothing to improve the quality of IB and no one really needs to hurt IB any more than they already have, it's already in critical condition.

You make too much of Zak, he was simply a mildly amusing user(at times) in a long line of them that came before him. I guess if he's the only person who stood out to you then it really highlights your forum age newmeat.
