That's not a point, you're asking for clarity or a more detailed answer but you aren't making any real point. A point would require you trying to say something to me or convince people/me of something, not clearing something up for yourself.

I haven't yet. Sindalf wants to try out a vlad support, so I'm saving up for that though. We'll see how that goes. haha.In my opinion, a support is all about the CC, the only CC vlad has is his pool which has a 20 second cooldown.
EDIT: Altho, I now realize the stupidity in my post, I was talking about a kill lane here.
First off, Vlad has no early game. Second, Vlad needs items to be useful late game.
20% damage increase for you entire team at late game with 0 items, infinisustain in lane, and a slow. seems pretty good for a support

No, the real post count(outside IB) is the only number that counts.
Yes, once you join you can claim as many girls as previous rounds which have passed, for example: If you join in round 4 you can select 4 girls.
