It's true you're still a newfag it's not simply a matter of time. Old/newfag is more of a distinction of the quality of a user. Time is only a part of the equation. Sometimes very active quality posters become oldfags. When someone trashes newfags while being one is a clear sign someone is still new.

Lets say someone has not been here for 5 games, they reclaim 2 waifu because of the reclaim lotto. It means round 1-3 they can pick new girls and will be maxed out before round 4.
If you are participating in your 5th+ game this year you can claim a 6th girl, which you claim during the 5th round(so you get 2 during the 5th).
