If it was a lotto system I would have just as much chance as anyone else, if you;re saying you don't trust me to do it properly that is a shame.
How I envision the system:
Every user gets a number(only one). I then use a random number generator to pick 20 users who are then given a right to reclaim. You can give your reclaim away and trade it if you want. There is no limit either, so if a user can convince 2-3 people to give up theirs they can have multiple reclaims.

My point is that all those who voted before you added new options would invalidate the numbers. I have wished for the option to edit the things you could vote for but then people would change the poll completely and might use them to troll. If you don't like the poll you made report it.

To be fair you never did tell me how I broke the sense of community or outlined how to fix the problems you see. He responded harshly but he wasn't wrong in saying you've avoided many of my points.
