Seven new tags added: Facial, Swallowing, Big Areolae, Breast Sucking, Kemonomimi, Fox Girl, BSS

Kairakuten releases on the 29th, so adding previews on the last day of the month is fairly pointless. Add to this that the way we've always done it neatly groups all the months together (in this case, all August issues are listed under July), so this seems more in line with the way it was orginally intended.

In short, we're not going to make the listings more confusing on a technicality.

We're aware of the issue with the downloads and are looking into it at the moment.

Box sets and doujinshi with the paperback tag have physical releases.

The post was two years ago but it's actively updated, as evident by the 2023 ETAs. The turnaround time for reprints is several months, so anything still out of stock wouldn't have arrived yet. Print runs are planned in such a way that they shouldn't instantly sell out as soon as they arrive, so there's usually no rush in getting them right away. Currently there's no pre-order system in place for reprints.

Books do get reprinted, but there's no set timeline for when that reprint happens, which is why neither of these are really an option.

Today we can announce the addition of a brand new magazine to FAKKU Unlimited: Comic Gunjoh!



This is a smaller publication and the successor to Comic Aoha, which continues with the same themes. The title is still fresh and doesn't have a set release schedule, but at the time of writing, the next issue is planned to be released in October. The first chapter will debut this upcoming Saturday, with the rest releasing on a weekly basis over the course of May. We hope you're excited to see the return of some Aoha artists and their new stories!

Most likely they were removed by request of the publisher, as they don't seem to be available on their site either.

The book tag is simply a category, like doujin or game. Items with a physical release has the paperback tag.

The first post ends with a list of 50 tags we've added since the creation of this topic. I don't think we had much more than 100 tags when we first started publishing, a number that has almost doubled at this point.

Extend + Studio Neo is an expansion to Honey Select Unlimited and requires it to work properly. You need to buy the base game and then the expansion.

Some of the other sites that allow pre-release reviews go through the trouble of changing the icon and calling it something else like "hype," and that's really how one should look at a system like this. Those icons eventually change to stars once the product is out, and before that it's an indication of the user's excitement for the release. Once out, they're free to go back and update their rating/writing if the delivered product didn't match their expectations.

We also don't aggregate our scores—as in, we don't combine all the ratings to give the item an overall rating of X/5 stars—which means that each written review should be considered and scrutinized on its own. Rotten Tomatoes frequently offers critiques that don't match the reviewer's score, or sometimes one person gives it a splat and another a tomato despite their scores being the same. In general, the final number matters less, and one should take the time to read the reasoning behind it; reviews are subjective, and the only way for you to decide if the final score is justified is to read the reviewer's reasoning and judge for yourself.

I hope that helps to shed some light on the situation. In summary, pre-release reviews indicate a customer's excitement level, and they can later go back and update their review if the product didn't live up to or exceeded expectations. The potential buyer is encourage to not stop at the final rating but also read the review, and then decide if the reviewer's methodology aligns with your own before making a decision.

Turns out we never received that data for 02. That should've come in in late December, which is when we're on our end-of-year holiday, so it slipped through the cracks. The data is now up on our internal work board, but since we had the 03 data before, 02, some of those chapters will release first--including the one that just went live.

Nothin to announce at the moment. Our focus is still the main series for now, but at the current rate, we should catch up by the end of summer. By that time, a new volume could very well be around the corner, so realistically, any spinoff doujinshi would be up for consideration at the end of the year at its earliest.

Well, the artists are always involved in the process. They are the rights holders, meaning they have the final say in approving the licensing request, regardless if it goes through a Japanese publisher (which is the case for commercial manga/books), or when we work directly with them (doujinshi). When we started out, FAKKU was the exclusive publisher and localizer for all content available on the site, but that has now expanded to include other parties.

By third party I mean anyone that's not FAKKU using the platform for distribution. Some are the individual artists self-publishing, and in other cases they work with other publishers who localize and distribute the material for them. You can see a list of publishers who have a presence on the site here.

We have a lot more third-party partners selling their products on the site nowadays, and many of them had a slew of releases lined up over the holiday season. Having just wrapped up the year, I can also confirm that FAKKU increased our output of books by roughly 15% (which in part can be attributed to Nana & Kaoru), as well as releasing more doujinshi content than ever before (well over twice of what we did in 2021). These are all purchasable products.

That said, the amount of content that goes into the subscription service has remained the same and wasn't impacted by any of this. This is where the vast majority—roughly 80%—of FAKKU-published manga ends up. So to answer you question of, "are the same amount of chapters for the magazines still getting translated?" Yes, there's simply more purchasable content on offer now compared to the earlier days when we only published a dozen or so books each year.
