Isekai ✕ Kairakuten - it's a match made in Another World!

Forum Image: https://t.fakku.net/images/upload/isekairakuten-promo-logo.jpeg

Today we're excited to bring you a brand new magazine that just launched in Japan, Isekairakuten! As the name implies, this digital spinoff to Comic Kairakuten focuses entirely on content with an isekai setting—stories where the protagonist is transported to a brand new world—and titillating characters.

This often involves a heavy dose of fantasy elements, where for instance a modern day salesman wakes up from a nap and inexplicitly finds himself in a world of cat girls and sorcery, which is the case in Animal-Eared Fortune Teller by RegDic. However, the reverse is also possible, like in Hiura R's Elf Hazard where an elven princess is teleported on board a metal chariot (a.k.a. a bullet train) before getting escorted to a grand castle (a.k.a. a love hotel).

These and two more tales make up the first volume of Isekairakuten, and you can read the first chapter right now! The rest will be released in the near future, but if you can't wait for them to drop, you should check out our isekai tag and browse more isekai content from other magazines.

We're not staffed during weekends, so I apologize for the late reply. I've reported this issue internally and we'll see what can be done about it.

We've added another batch of new tags, focusing on clothing and a much-requested Story Arc tag for longer series.

As always, please read the guidelines above before you start suggesting these to existing content.

Hello! Im really trying to buy the mating with oni series. I have 2 now but i wanna get the oni Sisters chapters but of course my luck they are out. Any Chance u can let me know how long it would take to get the restocked. Also is haram in another world volume 3 gonna be paperback soon? Im a man who loves the physical copy of things. Thank you in advance

Physical doujinshi releases have historically only been done in limited print runs, so it's probably not very likely we'll see a reprint anytime soon. That said, these series were not published by FAKKU, so you have to contact the publisher of the content directly to get a more definitive answer.

Sorry to break it to anyone expecting anything special, but the B's are regular book releases. A 'b' in brackets results in bold text, so that's probably why it was done that way. I went ahead and just removed the brackets from all the teasers. Each one simply represents an upcoming artist, nothing else.

We're taking a short break in the schedule and the next one will be available for pre-order in two weeks. In the meantime, we have a doujinshi releasing today.

I've gone through the thread and removed all posts that didn't follow the guidelines outlined in the OP. Going forward, I'll be more proactive in moderating the topic. I'm hoping to start adding new tags on a more regular basis soon, so these cleanup efforts are to prevent clutter and keep things efficient.

Make sure your suggestion follows the guidelines before posting.

Actually, there are quite some examples in the last few years.

I said "one of the few exceptions on here" as in on the site. Either way, it's by all means not the only one, but like you said, it's exceptionally rare.

I'm not sure if you know the difference, but doujinshi are independently published, whereas tankoubon (books) are commercially released manga. Books are almost always made up of chapters that were previously released in one of the publisher's magazines. So for instance, Ouchikaeru's works appear in Comic Kairakuten, which is published by Wanimagazine. Once there's enough content, Wanimagazine compiles those chapters into a book.

By contrast, it's rare for independently released doujinshi to get compiled into a book by a commercial publisher. One of the few exceptions on here I can think of is Futabu! Mix, which was published by Akaneshinsha despite mostly consisting of doujinshi releases. It's also possible for the individual creator to compile their works into a bigger collection, but those are often much more costly compared to commercial manga.

As for your specific question of why the TSF Story Append volumes aren't part of the book; I'm not personally too familiar with the series, but given the name "Append," I imagine they were released by the artist after the the book. We mimic the Japanese release, so if something wasn't there in the original book, we won't add it. TSF Monogatari is already a massive tome on its own (240 pages when the standard is around 210), so there's no way we could've slapped on another 345 pages with the Append series. That combined is enough content to fill three volumes.

Finally, we (FAKKU) do publish box sets where we compile doujinshi releases. This is always a possibility for any of the artists we work with, but it's far from a guarantee. The series in question, Hypnotic Sexual Counseling, is not published by us, so whether or not that gets a physical release is completely up to Irodori Comics. As far as I know, they have yet to publish a physical compilation of any of their releases.

what is it that makes it so difficult and/or time-consuming to add new tags to the site?

I need to get the suggestions greenlit, and there's often more pressing issues at hand.
