:: Give Gilgamesh a major boost in offensive department, either in luck or in physical strength. If I recall correctly, my luck-oriented Gilgamesh dealt about 9k damage with her Nephilim.
:: Enkidu is not mandatory, as I believe offense is the best defense. But Babylon's Rampart is quite vital in contest of durability, which is your only option to beat any boss with higher than 100k health. It's preferable if you can also give her any item that provides brave balls in time she's able to act to support Gilgamesh's area attacks.
:: This is the most important element, Atlas' role in the battle is to act as both attacker and a natural defensive wall with her aura. Atlas' class is strong against both the boss and its summons. Therefore, you need to position her in the same line as the boss to maximize her effective range. Hyper Barrier is arguably more effective than Babylon's Rampant due to the former's lower cost, don't forget to utilize the former to your heart's content to make your front line more durable than it already is. Offensively, she's able to use Orichalcum Punch to literally sweep enemies in front of her out of property advantage usage.
:: Columbus, like Enkidu, isn't mandatory for the team's well-being. The only reason why I use Columbus is because she's my best gunslinger with preemptive strike and additional damage item (Shichiseiken). With her being positioned in the same line as the boss, she consumes no brave balls and is capable to deal extra damage to all within her line of sight.
