Wow, that trailer's got me stoked for the second season. New characters, new story arcs, and more fanservice and shonen goodness (or shall we say cheesiness?) ftw. Misaka's mom, return of Accelator, more biribiri, and more Touma antics - this is going to be good.
Though the trailer indicates that I've Sound is doing the OP, apparently it's Mami Kawada doing the OP song "No Buts". The trailer says that the OP is done by I've Sound, but according to other sources, it's Mami Kawada. Then again, Mami Kawada is part of I've Sound, and I've Sound did compose some OST pieces for the first season, so it's all good. I expect some awesome J-pop. Incidently, Mami Kawada did the OPs for the first season of TaMnI, "Psi-Missing" and "Masterpiece", which both songs kicked ass.
Also, there's going to be an OVA episode of To aru Kagaku no Railgun airing on October 29th, 2010. Looking forward to that one as well.

Well now, this is certainly interesting. As a fan of the first season, and a detractor of the Railgun spinoff, I'm certainly looking forward to more Imagine Breaker action. Particularly, what with how season 1 ended.

But the first few seconds leads me to believe there will be just as much talking as before. Everything else looks good, the more organizations/characters that come into play in this series the better.
Also, there is a Misaka for varying fetishes; tsundere, kuudere, MILF, and loli.

Does this welcoming of more Biribiri (which I fully support) include Misaka Misaka and other sisters?

As much as there is more biribiri goodness, I actually like the main character Touma. I dunno, maybe it's the voicing talent and his dopey yet goodhearted nature that attracts me.
