After reading some posts, and even seeing Yandere's translations.

There's some mistakes in the translation, it's not that big, but it's important.

I don't know if Yandere Translation ever played Rance 6 yet, and i bet most people here never knew that Rance World is not Earth
so,



This is the map that was used in Rance 6.



The world consists of a main continent and some islands floating in the middle of the universe, supported on the back of four Holy Beasts (JAPAN is supported by a fifth Holy Beast from inside). Whenever any of the Holy Beasts move, it causes earthquakes. In the picture above, two of the Holy Beasts are visible (an elephant and a turtle).

It's a geocentric world and has no oceans (only rivers, and a very big river). There are 365 days in a year, and 24 hours in a day.

Currently the world is roughly divided into:

* Leazas (red)
* Free Cities Alliance (green)
* Helman (dark blue)
* Zeth (purple)
* JAPAN (yellow)
* The Demon Realm (gray)

and the part where the Translation went slightly wrong is:
The name is intentionally written as "JAPAN" in the original Japanese to distinguish it from the "Japan" of our world. This wiki follows the same capitalization method in order to emulate the effect.
But, In the Yandere Translations, JAPAN is translated as just "Japan".

this can cause a little misunderstanding, since a simple sentence like "In the east of the continent lies an island country called Japan", people will think it happened on Earth.

remember that Rance is a series and at the moment Sengoku Rance is the latest yet, and most of you are going to play a VN that is the latest in the series. I really want people to play the earlier ones, but most of them can't understand Japanese.

Once upon a time, the Japanese H-game magazine "TECHGIAN" had a ranking to let the readers vote for their favorite H-game character. For a year, Rance held the first place. Then TECHGIAN changed the ranking to "your favorite H-game heroine", disqualifying Rance.

though, i felt the 'mistake' deal was kinda subjective. the average player would have realised that this is a cultural parody of the warring states era (using 'japan' in a parody, and in this case, Japan or JAPAN made no difference to me) when they see nobunaga oda selling dango(s), with previous mention of the island being connected to a continent by a bridge.

But, it's cool to make clear cut distinctions too.

You're doing it wrong.
All 4 parts are one file that needs to be merged, just put all 4 rar-archives in the same folder, extract part.1 and the rest will follow automatically.

i having a trouble with while installing it says something happened to E:/Gamedata/Movie/????.ald file

how do i correct this prob??

WTH! Just when i'm at the last part of DL-ing MU suddenly says:"Your IP address is currently downloading a 1000000000 byte RAR file". Even though I'm DL-ing other files... Wth is happening to my net!?! Pls help.

1000000000 byte almost same as 1 GB

So it somewhat normal I think...

For those with corrupted ISO problem, go here and look for a different download option.
For those with the game crashing before the opening video, from your video decoder settings, exclude the game's executable.
