Hopefully enough viewers watch it tonight so that anime companies-Funimation-will buy into and allow more animes then the ones they are showing to be broadcasted in the future. It would be cool to see Gundam Wing, Tenchi Muyo, Fairy Tail, One Piece, etc.

Its about time, when it comes to messing around with the time slots the anime's always get screwed over. Now we can always guarantee that there will be anime on saturday nights.

Glad its back, i wonder how long its gonna last.

[color=#006FFF]Apparently there are a few issues due to a slightly smaller than ideal budget for the new block, but I think they're doing it with some confidence because of the popularity and surprisingly high "success" of the April Fool's airing. If ratings plummet overtime then we might not see it for too long, but if all of the old fans come back and some new fans are made along the way, I think it may prove as successful as the old Toonami. Or so I'd like to hope anyway.

[color=#006FFF]Yeah, aside from Casshern Sins and Deadman Wonderland, they're starting the older series' midway. Bleach, Brotherhood, Ghost in the Shell, and Bebop are all already into their series' so no starting over there, iirc.

Honestly I'm mainly watching for the Toonami stuff (Tom talking, etc.) and for those two new shows since I love Casshern and like the manga of DMW and look forward to FUNi's dub. Of course Bebop is always a great anime to watch too, but yeah.

One way or another, it's very nice to have it back and to see Tom again (even though he hasn't said anything yet! Was hoping for a nice welcome back or something, lol). Oh how I've missed that wonderful voice coming from Tom.

Awwww yeah DMW on now...WHOOP....i've seen em all already but not the dubs, im pumped.

[color=#006FFF]Alright, I can officially say I am very happy with this new Toonami just for the fact that Tom is still reviewing games just like he used to. While DMW is very mature and violent, it doesn't feel out of place on Toonami's revamped lineup. Aside from the censoring of the language with those obnoxious beeps (I always hate those in anime) I'm enjoy the dub of it too. This will be a good way for me to watch the series.

Casshern Sins is next, yay. This'll be, like, the fifth time watching it but eh, no harm in that. =P

i wish it wasnt censored tho lol......but I liked the subs a little better but Funimation did a good job thus far

I was threw off a little by the "toonami's back bitches." comment i don't remember tom ever swearing before and it doesn't feel right to me. shiro (white haired girl) looks so cute and innocent... oh wait she's trying to kill ganta...with a smile. damn O_O!!! I like her already :3.

i've read the manga and watched the anime, so u'll love shiro then lol

[color=#006FFF]Haha, I thought the same thing at first, but I guess after having just recently finished Samurai Champloo (yes, I'm late, I know) it didn't feel too off to me since Steve Blum is Mugen and all. No biggie to me.

@Bookie: Casshern Sins is also dubbed by FUNimation so there won't be any subs with that. The dub is actually very accurate with the voices too, and I actually recommend it since it's nice and there's not a big difference between it and the Japanese voices like I said, lol. I'm very happy to see Casshern being shown on television for some reason. Such a great anime.

haven't seen the subbed version but the dub sounds good so far the voices don't sound half assed coughmikadoryugaminecough. and for the most part the voices don't sound to out of place with the characters. except for ganta's which makes me think they were on something when they chose his voice. anyways shiro looks like she would beat someone to death with a crobar and laugh with that innocent sounding laugh of hers. casshern lookks like a spin-off version of megaman which isn't a bad thing megamans awesome. especially zero.
