^ Nope. No one fully fan-translates light novels. But some do a few portions of a book. *sigh* But I do wish Kodansha taps some North-Am publisher like Del Rey to translate this fine piece of a novel.Just thought I'd add that while I don't know of anyone fan-translating Bakemonogatari, there are some light novels that are, here for example: http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Main_Page
I believe that most of the ToraDora novels are done.

Glad to see that one, thanks. Wiki-style translation contribution, eh? Nice. Rep for you.
Regarding Bakemonogatari there, they have a goody. The "Koyomi Vamp" story is there.
So if the web episodes don't show this arc, at least we can read it here.

Quite a good anime. Was similar to xxxholic which I like.
I was saddened by the fact that there weren't any more things with Oshino Shinobu. =A=

yeah i hope they would make a Second SeasonI heard something going around on the ANN forums that they are planning to make a prequel in 2010. Someone said that they saw it wrapped around the first blu-ray release. I don't have any confirmation on that, though.

I suppose a bit more of a back story wouldn't hurt.

I believe that refers to Katanagatari, which will apparently air a single 50 minute episode once a month for an entire year; just like how Nisioisin had those novels published.

Why doesn't the time fly like the idiom goes? 0_o I have a bad feeling that after 13, we'll have to wait for another whole month for 14 and yet another for 15. o_0
