Even though the first season of Dog Days wasn't widely discussed on the Fakku forums, a second season has been announced and is currently in production. For fans of the series and dog-girls, rejoice! :)

Episode 7.. still no actual plot, but that's not bothering me.
Spoiler:

Hero Stinger, Demon pervert, Hina and her brother Isuka go checking on demon seals(almost had me there, thinking that this would lead to a plot)

Seal breaks of course, a whole bunch of Rattata escape and turn them into chibi lolis, reinforcements come, wash and repeat till half the cast are turned into cute chibi lolis, then the Rattata get smart and evolve into Raticade. Raticade used Hyper Beam, so Cinque and Gual use firestone and waterstone, evolved, and shounen blasted it back into submission, more fanservice and another happy ending leading to no possible foreshadowing of a plot again.
