I'm surprised that there's no Bobobo-bobo-bobobobo.

Gintama is the funniest anime in the world man that shit is hilarious, they do so much random shit and do parody of a bunch of other stuff and then it has some good fight scenes in it and my second funny anime is Needless that show is pretty hilarious as well and has good action but the whole show is mostly just action

Im pretty sure nothing can beat Gintama.

Definitely Seitokai Yakuindomo (If I spelt that correctly). Its one of the only "comedy" anime's to actually have me laughing for more than a minute.

Clannad and Kanon (2006) also had some really funny moments.

DETROIT METAL CITY! one of the most Hilarious anime's i have ever watched.

One piece, its the best hands down like 6:30.
