Daily lives of high school boys really made me lol for now. Other anime like Seitokai Yakuindomo, Baka to Test, Arakawa, Zetsubou Sensei, Lucky Star are also very good laugh.

Interesting question since most series I've watched haven't been for simply comedy. The one that jumped to mind was Seitokai no Ichizon. Spent plenty of time laughing while watching that one.
