I think that was Euphemia Li Britannia, that scene didn't make me cry, it made me mad instead.

Nice topic ok here goes well the most serious one that made me cry out all night none stop till the morning till my eyes swollen + depressed for the whole month + flare up upon human contact + mentally unstable for a month was Black Lagoon where hansel and gretel had to die where they are innocense becuz they turn into child assasin becuz of the cruel world. From that day on everytime i try to do a bad deed i have to think twice becuz the special ending for the episode where the twins had to die will always start to sing in my heart continue on my heart will start to ache like a dagger is scracthing to it and hansel+ gretel's faces will be in front of my eyes and laughing callling me as their father to think twice.{ arrrgh there goes the pain again}

You're right it was Euphemia, FUCK! I feel so much fail, cause Code Geass is suppose to be my favorite anime. But who were you mad at? Lelouch? It wasn't his fault it was C.C.'s for not fixing his Geass, actually, it's never C.C.'s, yeah, definitely Lelouch's fault.

I cried from Hikaru no Go and Zero no Tsukaima. If you've watched both of those to completion you can probably tell which parts made me sad.
