I personally thought it was messed up on every level that Jiraiya died and it brought me to tears :cry: when I saw him die and it still makes me cry when I think about it. I guess it was because I have grown emotionally attached to the characters in the series. When I saw it was I was thinking "No, no, no, no!!!!!!!! This can't be happening." But at least he died a hero's death or as Kakashi put it when the third hokage died "a death befitting a shinobi." I know some people are gonna say I'm a pussy but damn it, Jiraiya was one my favorite characters and I hated to see him go. At least it looks like we'll still be seeing more of him in flashbacks in the later chapters.

Someone besides Naruto, Jiraiya, Kakashi, and Yondaime knows how to uses Rasengan. It's Sarutobi Konohamaru, though it is a bit smaller...

Yeah I thought that was retarded and stupid. It's supposed to be an A class jutsu developped by the 4th Hokage. The only reason Naruto learned it in the first place is thanks to his incredible chakra and for being taught by Jiraiya. Seriously seeing that kid use the rasengan pissed me off.
How can that kid that's around the age when we first started the series AKA when naruto and sasuke where doing their exams and the academy stuff so I'm talking around Vol 2-3 and shit; How can that kid do that technique? I mean they thought Sasuke was a genius but that was thanks to his sharingan, bloodline wtv. How can that stupid Kid use the rasengan. Seriously I hate it when they bring something totally dumb or impossible in the setting of their manga//anime.

Naruto showed him how to do it before the timeskip, so he's had over 3 years to practice it, and it's still faaaar from complete while Naruto learned how to do it in like a day or two.
Also, Konohamaru is basically to Naruto what Coby is to Luffy in OP
A foil/rival/student character whose growth is supposed to mirror that of the main character.

when I read chapter 429 and came to the end where he nuked nearly the whole fucking village, I was like "that the fuck are we going to be like overpowered Dragonball Z now or what".
Seriously he just flys and fires some fucking beam or what ever and blast most of the city, totaly reminded me one dragon ball z shit.
this is just a question of mine but wasn´t kakashis body within that "nuke the fucking villiage" jutsu of pain.
So his body should be pulverized right ?
and I also have to say the drag this whole attack at konoha part waaaaaayyyyyyy to long, everytime I am going to read the new chapter I hope hey have already destroyed the fucking villiage to get on in the actual story. Naruto is training all the time and he doesn´t seems to come to an end, well at least I hope now that they got the message of konoha being attacked they will get in the gear. also I really want to know what will happens to sasuke, madara and that killerbee guy.

ill have to agree when they did an overview of the whole villages after he did that im, im still in shock not thinking that that would happen nor that that would be so big...wow just wow...and kakashi has to be died now after that lol

Naruto is nothing like DBZ, that attack shortens ones life so it's not something that can be spammed, and since we're nearing the end of the manga it's obvious we're gonna see some wicked shit from the high tiers, it's a shounen fact.

Sakura was saved from the explosion due to one of the slug-summons, and since Kakashi had one of 'em on him he probably survived too.

The destruction of Konoha isn't a vital part of the plot?
Also, i think the invasion arc has been pretty much solid all the way through, all the chapters has sum awesomeness.

While I love the action and technique part of Naruto. I also hate the story telling and over all presentation of Naruto. There is too much fillers and recaps.
The characters are in a big hokage level fight but they stand still and start to think about what techniques the opponent used or is going to use. They start to talk too! and the fight in not even there any more there is more talk, talk and talk. Then finally there is a fight not even 1/3 of their conversation. Also, fillers and recaps interrupt the show.
And Most annoying part of this anime to me is While naruto defeats an opponent (HE STARTS TO CRAWL ON THE GROUND BUT BEFORE THAT HE IS FIGHTING WITH A BIG MOUTH). hahaha.......... That is Really Funny. Why can't he atleast stand or even crouch, Why does he have to lie flat on the floor?? I wonder!! Oh is that an unknown technique to the ninjas The energy saver that saves naruto's life - The hidden LOCOMOTION technique!!!

I think that Naruto is great anime, but orochymaru is gona come back,and sasuke is going blind,naruto is going to use OMADARASENGAN WINDSHURIKEN, and it will crush his arm. As for Kakashi he is dead or blind, Sakura likes Naruto, but the question is Masked leader of akatsuki he can be any mentioned char. but that is just my opinion.

And even though Shippuden has managed to produce some of the most epic episodes evah and a kickass soundtrack it doesn't make up for all the other crap.

Don't really mind with the Village...Yamato can build Buildings with ease and Naruto's thousand Clones can make a great workers...Anyway...I have seen sopilers for the next episode here...It seems naruto has reached the level of wicked...
