Mobile Suit Gundam AGE

After watching the first episode i can say that... this first episode is not as bad as what the mass said.

From what i see, UE is not as alien as i thought lol. At least they have inteligence not as monstrous as what they show in the trailer. And the gundam is easily one of the classic style. Beam knife and Beam spray in the future.

Lets hope this series will be able to success and show the haters that arts is not everything.

Is it just me, or do Age Gundam (is that the name?) seems like Exia and RX-78 combined?

The mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa who designed the Exia is the same one who did the Age.

Watched 5 chapters, and I conclude that this series is PURE SHIT. Those who watch this is underaged and should gtfo of fakku, now.

I didn't realize we were watching a manga. Stop whining about AGE because as of now AGE is really no different from previous Gundam TV series. The fact how you just said it sucks without anything to back it up really shows you hated this show from the beginning. You say it's underaged? Well let me tell you AGE's main character is 14 years old and the youngest main character in all of Gundam as of now is Uso Ewin from Victory who's 13, and look how Victory turned out. And sorry buddy but the only underaged kid here is you for bitching about it. You're whining more than the audience it was intended for.

Sorry but i should said that u should try to watch episode 6 as that episodes speaks many of the darkside of the series like the old colony war which kills many person and also people who is using war to gain money.

I feel that u already hate this series because of the art not because of the story lol.

I have to admit... the art is discouraging (I've been with Gundam since Turn A). The story itself isn't too bad but really... looking a bunch of shotas in a MS is really not what I wanted. Of course there were other characters who were at a similar age in the other Gundam series but at least they didn't um... look like kids.

Haha well, we can't do anything with that so u should try to make urself comfortable with the art. This problem also comes with Gundam U.C if u want to know. The newer generation of Gundam fans will probably don't like the art used in Unicorn as the art is also different with 00 or Seed.

Well if u want to know what i am not used to is the fact that U.E is somekind of alien..... at the moment lol as myself still can not picture Gundam with Alien. (Well but i am sure that U.E is not alien in this series. U.E should be humanlike being which has more advanced equipment or people who possess special power like the Desil.)

I'm still trying to catch up to the older series (currently on F91) and their art styles actually look better-suited to the serious tone of the older series

The first thing that came to mind when I heard that the new enemies would be aliens I thought it would be something more on the lines of UFOs etc etc but these aliens look rather... human?

Gundam Age's problem isn't with the art, but with the story, like I said before it's dumbdowned too much for kids. If it's good, the it's just going to be "Kids good".

Well this is targetted for kids anyway and also this series is created by Inazuma creator which specialized more into targetting kids. Well if it does seems not to suit the previous Gundam fans especially if they are comparing this with Gundam U.C as that one is espcially created for fans who loves heavy and more tragic stories which is "Tomino style".

Well i will still watch this series as i myself watch Seed Destiny till it is over even with the bad plot so i am kinda used to it.

Yes because watching only 5 episodes out of 50? while it's still also on-going gives you the whole story and gives you a conclusion. This is a pathetic excuse to berate AGE at this point.

True masterpieces always comes out in each episode. A series that needs to be watched all the way to the last episodes before being called a masterpiece is not a real masterpiece.
Look at 00 for example. Each episodes are epic, from the first till last.

P.S. Just wathed episode 6, and still shit.

I'm just gonna skip this series...when I saw Unicorn Gundam Ep4 it literally killed off all of my interest in AGE
