[Anime] Monogatari Series Second Season

It was nice hearing Meme's voice again. The letter was completely his style. He helped Koyomi without ever making it explicit. Nice to know even a vampire-induced apocalypse won't take down that old man.

Bigger Hachikuji was strange at first, she didn't mispronounce Araragi, but she didn't know him anyways. It would have been hilarious if she did.

Further proof that Shinobu is the best girl. Where did she get 4 of those 2 meter long swords from?

Head patting scene was great. I'm glad that KissShot wasn't up for fighting. Shes sometimes stubborn but after trying to kill herself she must have realized a battle would only make her more miserable.

Finally Hachikuji got to molest Koyomi. A very long-awaited scene since Kanbaru did it to him. A good conclusion to Kabuki. Vampire/10 and Mayoi is now the 2nd best heroine in this series.

Next is Hana(花) or Kanbaru part 2.

Somehow Koyomi was with Hitagi in both streams of time. I'm taking a guess that by the end of Koi [size=1]Hitagi and Koyomi break up. The main story in Koi is named "Hitagi End" and with Shinobu's story right before I have a guess as to whom if anyone Koyomi's goes for.[/h]

Yandere Nadeko doujin may be on the way. She looks good in white hair with red eyes. Shinobu looks good in black too. Actually Shinobu could wear anything and look good. I'm glad this story is about bringing light to Nadeko's evil. She appears as the innocent character so this will bring contrast to her past portrayal and fit into the common theme of everyone is evil/selfish/greedy/etc.

WELL AT LEAST HE TRIED. HE WAS DOING ALRIGHT UNTIL HE GOT STABBED IN THE HEART.

Sengoku is not quite yandere but she is close. Pretty excited for this arc Sengoku was fairly transparent in the previous arcs, and I still dislike her to a degree but more character exposition in this arc should help.

Shinobu jealous? Quite likely Oshino's habit of being too talkative/perceptive about people's frailty rubbing off on her. Probably a little jealous though, Araragi really does not see Shinobu as a woman.

Such a shame that the series jumped ahead and revealed how Kuchinawa has ill intent for Sengoku because he's an ambiguous character that is clearly corrupt side but shows disguised consideration for Nadeko, of course it's coercion to get what he wants but the audience is lead to believe it's sincere. Man it's awesome how well they nailed Kuchinawa's personality/actions to reflect a snake.

Sengoku's bitch mode was hilarious, excessive but still funny.

Okay if Oshino thinks that Kuchinawa is dangerous enough to put that much effort into sealing him, it should have been pretty obvious that Kuchinawa should be left alone.

I couldn't stop laughing for a couple of minutes after Sengoku's super-tirade/gangster mode went off.

I agree with Hitagi in mutual detestation of cute-and-nothing-else characters. Nadeko's memory loss, selective memory rather, was a surprise to find out.

I look forward to seeing Hitagi killed or close to it. Shes my least favorite but that still puts her far above everyone in a number of other series, the worst of the best so to speak.

Araragi is going off to fight the final Boss-Biatchius Yanderis with only a handful of heroines that only have the skill puff-puff and no strategy guide. Sounds like a death flag for someone to me.

I can't help but think that Gaen Izuko and Oshino Ougi planned Sengoku's conversion-the obvious hints and the fact that Gaen claims to know everything yet thinks that the best vault for such a dangerous charm is the home of a high schooler brimming with oddities. I cannot even fathom their motives but a (supposedly) omniscient being guarded by specialists and the corrupted niece of a renowned exorcist certainly make promising antagonists.

So much for having Hachikuji visit Araragi's room. Almost everyone else has already been there. Having Hachikuji kissing your back while holding onto you would be very pleasant, dark sphere in pursuit aside.

Yotsugi's kiss was a surprise. I thought she was going to ask for muscles.

Oh dear a phenomenon that can swallow the godliness that was Kiss-Shot Acerola-Orion Heart-Under-Blade, Araragi is just having a shit week. I think Araragi deserves a pedophile certificate after that episode, I think we all do for secretly screaming yes during all that loli-love. Bear your trenchcoats with pride.
