I finished Gridman yesterday. I was a huge Power Rangers fan as a kid and this series captured that feel for me. Love it 9/10

Liz to Aoi Tori 8/10
Latest film by the stellar team behind Silent Voice, being director Yamada Naoko and composer Ushio Kensuke. Yamada is one of the best directors in KyoAni and Ushio has had a very consistent career lately and has been heading towards a more minimalistic approach to composing. The minimalistic way of doing it gives it a very intimate feeling and it works great for a slow film like Liz to Aoi Tori. The musically themes also benefits from Ushio's approach. I'm a little cautious how well it translates to a film that isn't musically theme (or audio) or as dependent on subtlety. I hope that Ushio brings more Steve Reich inspired pieces like what he did in Ping Pong The Animation, or better yet something completely new.
Yamada does a great job with this film and it's a clear upgrade in every department from Tamako: Love Story, not that Love Story is a bad film. I actually think it's a movie a lot of people sleep on but I digress.

Great isekai anime, MC is clearly overpowered but it isn't bullshit power where he pulls it out of nowhere as he trained for it. There are many funny moments when MC tries to hide his power and try to seem like a side character.

Mushoku Tensei 9/10
I just finished both cours of Mushoku Tensei and I must say that I was surprised by how good it was. Despite being a stereotypical isekai, it keep my interest with its great world building and amazing characters. I'm excited to see how the story progresses in the future, and hopefully see more Roxy :3
