Enjoyable. The animation was the only redeeming factor.
Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence
The CGI was great, best use I've seen of it so far. It looked good, they used in shots that benefited it and it also made sense from a narrative perspective. The plot itself wasn't as interesting as the original GiTS though.

Kotonoha no Niwa OVA
9/10.
The music and animation is just sheer beauty. For a 45 minute OVA this had some of the most profound sense of nature, and emotions I've ever encountered. This movie/OVA really is a gem I think everyone should watch.
A young boy trying to grow up, and a woman trying to be grown up. A very naturalistic connection to rain that most humans feel sheltered and safe underneath it's pitter-pattering.
I reiterate. I really think everyone should see this at least once if you've got an artistic/philosophical/romantic side you need to feed. The composer for this was amazing, I need to find the OST for this.

The worst part is just the endless and obnoxious amounts of service it provides.
I like service typically, but this is just straight fucking obnoxious.
Episode 3, and still no improvement. I'll give it 3 more before I just drop the series all together.

Easily the best anime of the past season. It covered the manga pretty well and didn't seem like it tried to go off and add or change certain things. Action was amazing and mix that with the hilarious moments every episode had me happy to watch. I hope it gets more episodes in the future instead of some more ovas.

Spot on bro, haven't seen ocean waves either. Though i tried watching colorful(movie) before and it wasn't my cup of tea. In return i have a suggestion for you as well - Ushiro no shoumen, not sure if you've seen it. It's from that pic, 5th line and to the right. Good stuff.
