Oh. My. God.

Spoiler:
They killed Natsuno in episode 10! WHAT?!?!?! And apparently, Kanemasa is like his henchman, and can stay in the sun and even has a pulse and everything. Again, WHAT?!?!?!


I must say, this series is getting exciting!

I believe the station was taking a break to get ready for it's other fall show, Kuragahime.

Yeah, I definitely agree with you that the opening is glorious, and I find myself listening to the song a lot.

Spoiler:
Also, I'm wondering if Natsuno is going to survive as well. I'm not really certain of anyone's survival at this point.

so the new shiki was just released this week and wow, things seem to be going from bad to worse. <:-P I'm glad i stuck with this series so far.

now i haven't read the manga version yet but it looks to me like everyone in the series is gonna die.. hope not. :-(

big surprise for me was yuuki's dad. for a hippie (he seems like a hippie to me anyway) he sure is closed minded about this whole okiagari stuff.

So far... episode 12 was nice.

Playing with Yuuki's angst, and setting up his eventual "death". More of building up the entire plot of this story - setting up a village full of vampires.


And new OP/ED to boot. The OP by kanonxkanon (Kanon Wakeshima and An Cafe's Kanon) was average, but I really liked the ED, Gekka Reijin, by BUCK-TICK, which fits the series so well. God, why can't they just have both BUCK-TICK on the OP and ED for the entire series.

This series is great I can't tell what's going to happen I am glad I stuck with it cause seeing this opened my mind on some things lol

I haven't heard much from other people, but this series is awesome :O
It finished its 3 week hiatus, so i am excited for it to be back.
I mean, this series is sooo hooking. I like anime horrors(they're not really scary, but you get the thrill) so this one is great for me :D
I'm not a huuuuge vampire fan, but the anime one's i've seen have been pretty decent. Dance in the vampire bund, blood+ etc

Yeah, it feels like forever since I watched an episode of Shiki, and this was a nice integration back into the swing of things. I thought that the scene between Tohru and Natsuno was nicely done, and I felt the animalistic nature of the Shiki's to the fullest. I'm just wondering if Natsuno is actually going to die within the next couple of episodes, or if they are going to drag it out more.

And I'm rooting for Kaori and Akira to be able to keep on fighting the good fight, and not immediately fall under Megumi's wrath.


I really enjoyed the new opening and ending themes as well, although I, too, miss the first opening.

And looks like no episode this week:

Oh why the so many breaks T_T...

Anyhows, glad that it restarted, though, episode 12 wasn't really that great IMO, was expecting something much more epic. I wonder if Natsuno's gonna survive by the end of the anime... Can't wait to see the Doc. getting in action^^

If you can’t beat them, join them. If you can't deal damage outside, why not try doing it from the inside? Vampires vs vampires, okiagari against okiagari, shiki contra shiki? Sounds just about fair to me.

More Sunako and Seishin penetrating moments is all I ask for. No pun intended needed.

From what i see it seems that Natsuno will die and the revived as vampire while the doctor.... I forget his name will probably found their cure and use them to cure the other vampires.
Well i dont really know what will the novelist do? Maybe doing hentai with the loli vampire.

Just... survive, perhaps? If there's anyone who might live through the end of the series, he's the perfect candidate to tell and pass on the story. Although I doubt he'd be doing any hentai version of anything, I'm all for the idea.

oh my frickin god!! all i can say is 'it's about damn time!!!' aside from the feeling they skipped ahead in time (which they will probably show in an episode or two anyway) this was the best episode so far for me.

the story really IS getting better and better. ^.^ waiting for the next episode is gonna be torture!! >.
