Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto

Just how many more tricks has Takuto learned from his grandfather? And how do you learn things like pulling a sword from a robot's chest like that? Takuto isn't even gaining these powers Mega Man style.

Anyway, I figured Takuto would be a dual wielder once we see him switch hands during the match with practice swords. This episode's opponent will probably show up again later (and George as well). Even putting aside the foreshadowing of mentioning the guy's "sign", there's still the possibility that a person can pilot more than one Cybody and/or that the Cybodies can be repaired.

What I am wondering is when Takuto will start going on the offensive(if ever) and looking for the Crux members, he has a good reason to question Kanako about Takashi since he was able to put two and two together during there Cybody fight.

How would he gain them Mega Man style? As long as he talks about his grandpa I guess that's close enough, though I am interested in what Takuto was told.
I have this feeling that the girl that sits in front of Takuto in class is a member of Glittering Crux, that one girl with black hair, Ivorgne. I only say that because we've yet to see any other characters that meet the same physical descriptions, so until otherwise shown I only have my speculations.

The girl who sits in front of Takuto is Ivrogne...There is a possibility of cybody being repaired but it will probably take time for Professor Green to research on it. Takashi obviously has the same power with Takuto, which means that he owned a third phase cybody just like tauburn.

I think Takuto knows actually how to use Tauburn and all of it's weapon from the first place. Maybe his grandfather trained him...

What I want to know is, does Takuto realize that his classmates are members of Glittering Crux? Like the part where Takashi challenges him in the Cybody, Takuto says something like, "You wanna fight now? but I'm not getting paid this time." Seems to me like he knows.

And was a pretty good episode. I really like the song that the girl in the cage sings.

Yea the song before each fight scene is very nice. I get two different feelings during that sequence, the usually mecha enters (from all those combining mecha series where a song usually playing during that part) and the other is the feeling from the Utena series before each duel and the that song before each one.

Yea the song before each fight scene is very nice. I doubt he'll go on the offensive, he's only 1 man against a whole organization. And how is that "time phase" activated? So far it seems like only the Crux can stop time, haven't seen Takuto doing it yet. So unless he can do too, he can't attack them 1st.

Yea I doubt he would be able to also, but him standing around doing nothing doesn't seem like him, and you never know, his grandpa prob taught him something like what the Crux members do to stop time.

My only beef with this series is the now repetitive song sung by the caged maiden. They can animate all that FAAAAABULOUS fighting, but can't afford an extra 3 minutes in the studio? It was nice the first two times, but a third time in a row is a little much.

This show could really stand to show more nudity. All that S&M outfit stuff is nice but come on, how about a little nipple huh?

yeah, the song is nice but repeating it 3 times is kinda....

I don't really think at this phase takuto is going to attack the glittering crux...and he won't realize just yet that most of the student in the school is a member of the crux...

my review of episode 4

Spoiler:
saw episode 4 today...even the fox has drinking juice, takuto after wako...maybe. wow total yaoi moment there for wako, wako does have a beautiful voice for singing. the scent of smell is closely connected to memory, so its like a recall thing then...well it seems tiger is a bit jealous ain't she. has anyone tried actual melon bread?...i'd like to sometime, what is going on here its like everyone disappeared. wow all that story and it gives the opening just now? a bit late don't you think?...aqua timez good to hear them sining a new anime theme song, last one was alones. What The Hell? a random gundam commercial comes up...and its for model kits and stuff like that, wow a model kit of the RX-78 2...cool. an abadon building with a change of clothes...thats setting a scene if i've ever seen one, wait what? takuto runs off screne and comes back on screne near the light house? so they found away to prevent apprivoise then?...so the scar on takuto's chest changed the way he thought, intersting indeed. yay Tauburn in the house! DAZZLING THE STAGE! GALATIC PRETTY BOY! TAUBURN!!!!...wait what? a battle didn't even take place! i love how takuto's hair defies gravity. all in all another good episode seemed a bit like filler but that was just me.

melon pan is nice...you can actually find it everywhere in Asian bakery store....this episode was quite the let down for me....nothing actually happens and there is almost no progress with the story....sakana-chan is very weird...she's playing so nicely with the ones who kidnapped and caged her...lol

After having watched MM!'s latest episode, I feel nothing different after this weeks latest episode both had a relatively same perverted feeling. Guess this weekend was a perverted weekend? Meh I enjoyed this episode a lot though.

This show has more and more voices I recognize; That gray haired scientist in the Crux Brigade (Who I suspect is also the headmaster of the school) is voiced by Tobita Nobuo, who is notable for his work in Hellsing OVA as Herr Major. It's been said he loves war, but don't quote me on that :P

Sexual innuendo abound in ep.5 but still a good episode though. Though I feel as if gainex had a hand in this episode.
