Haruhi's one of my fav animes, really looking forward to season 2, so started reading the translated light novels, they're pretty good.

Just wish it'd come out :/, although got Clannad After Story to keep me going til next spring heh

I probably should re-watch the series. I get the gists of the plot and all, but I just couldn't find this series as good as everyone says. Sure it's different, but that's about it. Nothing too special to have it on your favorite anime list.

Maybe it's because I was just starting to get into anime and haven't gained enough experience points to fully appreciate how good this anime is. Who knows.

I must say this, this show sucked!! Everyone hyped this show so much, when I finally sit down to watch it, one I can't get past the first episode, it's utterly ridicious and then when I get the second episode which is really the first episode, I'm actually bored. I gave it another episode but left off in the middle. I was absolutely bored with this, wasn't entertaining at all.

well your watching it in airing order try watching it in chronological order see if it makes anymore sense that way

also i have read the manga and not one did i see haruhi say she likes anal... i wasted 5 days T_T

I watched the first episode (which is the second one) and I was really bored with it, then I couldnt even get into the second (which is the third) and the whole shuffling of episodes pisses me off too. It was awful and I found the character of Haruhi annoying. So I've committed anime blasphemy, oh well!!

When I first saw the first episode I was just going to drop it but I decided to watch some more and end it up loving both, the anime and Haruhi.

i really did NOT get any information from anything so i am left in a blank.

Dunno what the difference is, since they'll (apparently) be using The Disappearance of Suzumiya Haruhi as the source material. (You know, the one where Kyon ends up in an alternate universe where Haruhi is gone from the school?)

I have a feeling that quite a number of anime fans have been trolled by KyoAni, at least to a certain extent. Quite a number of other anime titles have been produced and released, except the very one which is related to this particular thread.

Well, it's more like suicide than blasphemy. Anyway, if the shuffling of the order pissed you off then you might be a little temperamental.

So, what was boring about it? Were you not humored by Kyon's sarcasm? If you have ADD or need explosions in your anime to feel excited, then Haruhi was not your cup of tea to begin with.

The last I heard, they thought it was too hard to make a second season (or series, whatever) because the first one was so good and they wouldn't be able to make the second season as well. So, they were going to make a series with chibi characters and put it on YouTube.

Maybe I'm confusing things. It's all so confusing, I really don't know anymore.
