The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

What I heard was that the characters designs for the novel have changed, so KyoAni decided to re-animate the first season as well. Well, that's just the rumor I heard.

I really have no clue. I thought I heard that the chibi stuff was going to be the new Haruhi series, instead of a second season. I hope I'm wrong and they just complement one another.



That would be insane. How long would it take for them to remake the first season and make a second one?

Alright, so, they stopped making the second series, and are making this chibi thing, but they will eventually start making the actual second season?

I really think I'm going to just throw in the towel and read the books.

The only problem with that is the writer apparently has Writer's Block and the new volume isn't being released. -_-

As near as I can tell, it's saying that there was a newspaper, which had an anime section, which reported that there would be an announcement about season 2 in the future in a magazine.

In other words, reporting that someone else would be reporting soon. :?

... hopefully it's not canceled this time. I don't wanna get my hopes up in the case of another dropped project.
