It was stated months ago that this kind of bonus is impossible to get.
I might be proven wrong though.

Store exclusives stuff yes, but Jacob said it possible to get artist or Wani stuff like name cards sign by the artist or drawing/posters/maybe other weird stuff i find in books like pencil boards and phone cards.

I'm just gonna confirm what has already been said. A retailer basically commissions the artist to do a small exclusive leaflet, and that is indeed exclusive to that store/site/etc. Of course, we can do the same thing (i.e., exclusive FAKKU bonuses), and that's something we plan on looking into for future books.
